Excellent team. One thing I respect, especially about Mike Gallagher, is that he is honest and straight to the point. My case was turned down by four different attorneys due to the difficulty of my case. He was very honest and gave me a timeline on how long things were going to take and kept me informed every step of the way. Mike, Hedy, and team contacted me whenever there were updates and made sure we got paperwork sorted and taken care and finally got my case settled after almost 3 years. Thank you all!

Im unsure. Make a quick call and find out.

I have a personal injury case pending from 2012. I have a lawyer, who I believe has taking advantage of me. Each and everytime I've called, I would get the run around. What should I do, or could be done?

I would call my Philly lawyer and ask if they handle those types of claims!!! If in fact they do, I believe you should write a letter to your current Lawyer relieving him of your counsel, and to forward all documents they have on your case to you!!! Then MyPhilly lawyer will need a copy of that letter, terminating Legal counsel so they may represent you. Consult with the professionals first!!!

My car was involved in a minor accident, call the insurance company wouldn't fix my car because the person that was involved had the same insurance. I was told that aren't going to repair nether car .what's the alternative?

If you believe that the other driver is the cause of the accident then go to your local district justice or municipal court and file suit against the other driver. Bring photos of the property damage as well as repair estimates and any eye witnesses that may be helpful. If you both potentially had a green light and there is no evidence one way or the other as to who had the green light then I wouldn't bother. But if you have compelling evidence you want to present it and collect your damages. Your opponent's insurance company will need to defend them and might just pay you to avoid paying a lawyer to appear.
