I made an appointment online to use the notary public services advertised on the BOA app. When I arrived I waited on line and was told there is no notary at this location.... Even though I had made an appointment specifically for their advertised notary. Very disappointed. I'd suggest using a different branch if possible.Hello John. If I could give this branch no stars i would, Horrible customer service. The branch manager was outside on the phone when the teller needed her assistance. I was told to wait until she was finished. After she finished with her personal phone call she refused to cash a check that belonged to a BOA customer. I offered her several different alternatives to resolve whatever issue she had. She was completely unwilling to help me. I even had the customer call the branch to verify the check. She was very short patient and I’ll be calling corporate and leaving reviews on every social media platform. Whatever assumptions she made about me is completely unprofessional and this type of behavior has to stop!!

BEDBUGS!!!!! Friday afternoon: come in to open an account based on promotion received via mail offering $300 bonus. Three reps available but of course only the one on the phone can help. She wraps her call. I explain I’m here for the promotion and she doesn’t know what I’m referring to. I googled it but, She says I need my mailing in order to receive the promo. I go home get mailing and return and asked for a managers assistance because I didn’t feel as if the woman wanted to help me. She tells me to wait 10 minutes. Which turns into 30. Meanwhile while I’m sitting my back starts itching in one place, I shifted and within minutes my whole back was burning. I ask to use the bathroom so I can check myself but of course no one can help me with that either -you have to be escorted to the bathroom. So I use my phone to look at my back and I realize that I have whelps all over my back consistent with bedbug bites. By this point I whip out my phone n start drafting this review (STANDING) because well I really want to get this account opened I’m afraid to sit any longer and I’m apalled by the amount of time it took and that I got bit. They came up with a few more excuses as to why I couldn’t open the account but by then I was over it and left. Don’t sit down here. They for sure have bed bugs. BOA will be hearing from my lawyer about this.

It is the worst!!! Was in there, today(10/07/19), trying to cash a check. There were five people ahead of me & only one teller. There were three agents walking around, doing nothing, but would not come to help the young lady. I had to leave, it was taking way too long!!! I hate Bank of America!!!!! I would not frequent this bank, at all, if it were not for my job using this one.
