Waited. For ever in drive thru . nobody there. So drove around parked and went inside to order . nobody there either ? . so waited a minute . then looked back behind counter. And guess what . the workers are back there leaning on the sink looking at there phone's. This was at 5.30 pm . they never even knew anyone was there . won't be back this has happened 2 times in 2 weeks. They must not need to sell anything to make payroll ???????? Must be nice

After waiting to be acknowledged at the front counter and placing my order we say down while our order was being prepared. After 10 minutes of waiting I approached the front counter and asked about my order. They seemed surprised I didn't have my order. We were 1 of 2 couples in the dining room. Once they found my order on the screen I had to wait for my fries to cook. Once I got my food I asked about my mozzarella sticks, which were not in the bag, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my mozzarella sticks. I have never had such a horrible dining experience at an Arby's before!! Almost 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and a mozzarella stick!! The employee working here need to find employment elsewhere!! They don't care!!

Let me start out saying, I don’t like to write negative reviews. This restaurant has been a disappointment time after time. I have gone back in the past thinking, maybe it was a fluke and it would be better the next time. We went there last night a little before 9pm and tried to place an order. We tried to order three different items and were told they were out of that. We settled on two Chicken Ranch Sandwiches and a drink. We brought it home, and to our dismay, our chicken sandwiches had chicken nuggets on them. It’s ridiculous! We won’t go back.

They need to close down. You sit at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges your there, then after you order you pull around to the flag pole and sit another q0 to 15 minutes waiting for your food. Cold fries yummy,NOT!!!Probably won't be back..
