We enlisted Melrose Baking Company to make one of our company's recipes for Natural Expo West samples. Our company is Meyenberg and they made our goat cheddar crackers using our goat milk butter and goat cheddar that we shipped down to them. They were wonderful to work with! They sent samples to ensure the recipe tasted as it was supposed to. The cheddar crackers were a huge hit at Expo West. They also delivered them to our hotel in Anaheim which was extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for another work event or for Expo West next year also!

Big applause for selling gluten free bread and it tastes really good. I couldn't find this quality anywhere. Pastries and muffins best ever. So lucky to find this location.

This is not a normal retail store but a wholesaler that gives its overflow to the community and also sells to people who find their way into the business. You have to go through an alley and have to get there before 2PM (3PM?) and have to go up the stairs to the office, but it is well worth the trip. You get great bread at good prices and you know that the business is a business that returns its gains to the community. I hope the business succeeds even more.

Found this Bakery by accident, lucky me. Enormous selection and variety of breads any shape or size you want, I got 5 different kinds of bread and wasn't disappointed in any of them. No preservatives so the bread will hold for 2 days so be careful. A little hard to find but worth it you wont be disappointed.
