The place is a little confusing but here's the trick to it. Don't park here overnight just come here before your appointment. The second tip is: do not try to come in at 5:00 a.m. By 6:00 a.m. the place is calmed down and the street is half empty with plenty of parking so you can check in. My appointment was at 6:00 a.m. I came in at 5: 30 I was able to see all the commotion then by 6:00 a.m. it was just another regular place nothing special no special problems. It is odd that you basically have to check in three times but there was no line by 6:00 a.m. Bring a pen and your vest. I feel like the parking is tight for about 1/3 of the doors but it's not blind side.

This place here in Santa Fe Springs, I rate them 5 stars. because I'm in/out in a short time. I arived at 0900,. My appointment was at 0930. I was unloaded by 11:00 am. The guys at the window are nice and polite. Not sure about the reviews I read...always check it out for yourself

If you get lucky enough You might score street overnight parking. Park then walk to check in 5am I had 6 pallets checked in 5:15am out 11am. Dumpster of a company like any other DC place in LA area. Be aware everyone’s a CEO out here😂

Bad very bad. The receiver had a very bad attitude. There is no parking available and they make you wait in a long line for hours to check you in and than you has to wait along time to get unloaded and you has to pay them for all these aggravations.
