Very slow line. Waiting over 20 minutes for person I. Front of me. Other lanes moving faster...very unacceptableI understand the frustration a long wait can cause, Ryan. Every time I go here they say I can’t deposit money into someone else’s account. & today I also went to get a notary signed there (which you can do at any bank) They wouldn’t sign it because I don’t have an account with them . Make a long story short my boyfriend has an account with them and they always act like we’re bothering them then we want to withdraw money. The older lady who is outside in drive through takes about 20-30 minutes to get peoples cash or check deposited and that’s always the case. If you give her your debit card she will ask you for your ID if you give her your ID she will ask you for your debit card she just wants to waste time so that she doesn’t have to serve many customers. The other guy Juan or the Mexican guy is really very helpful and fast. I don’t think this lady can handle customers she should not be at the drive-through.We understand time is precious and it is not our intention to take up more time than necessary to complete your banking tasks, Gauri. After your loan is approved and booked, you can access the funds in your checking account immediately. Funds deposited to your account after 8 p.m. CT will be available for withdrawal, but will not post to your account until the next business day.
