It's amazing that this place is allowed to keep the Taco Bell name. More often than not it seems it's closed in the middle of the day. Dining area is pretty much always closed. Wrong or missing items are usually expected. Almost forgot to mention the time they were out of flower tortillas. At this point I only go to see what their latest excuse for being closed is.

The service was fast but I should have realized the bag was light. Missing items I paid for and no hot sauce as requested. They managed to get the napkins in the bag. There seems to be NO work ethic EVERY TIME I go there. Absolutely DONE with this place. Not the first time but it was the last. HORRIBLE! Check your order before you pull away from the drive thru. Forget being courteous to the people behind you. You have to double check your order like your grading a 1st graders math test! Two stars because I got napkins... that's it!

Pretty lousy Taco Bell, worse than the ones in the hood. Won’t open the dining room, had no slushee, had literally no drinks then said we could get water, but water is free. They had a CAN of Diet Pepsi which is just crazy. On top of not having anything I went to check my order(figuring they missed something WHICH THEY DID) and they get extremely rude about it. I come back around for my burrito they missed and the cook decides to get lippy with me which I didn’t appreciate.

Is it called a turkey if they hand you the wrong food 3 visits in a row? Or cc machine is down or having the lobby closed so you can walk in to fix the issue quick and have to wait again in a long. Wheaton has cheaper menu prices and faster service. Avoid this locations unless you order ahead. And yes I won’t leave without checking my bag with Taco Bell’s. Oh and I asked for one specific flavor of sauce. Give me a different specific flavor. The job is not that difficult ppl Lastly they made the one item I asked for wrong. Dear lord.
