I stayed in Room 224. They're in the process of remodeling and Seemon, the owner, was kind enough to put me in a new room. The place was very clean, great location with many stores, restaurants, two malls, and bus service to the area. The area is very safe and I was still able to find a buddy around the hotel to throw down a beer with as well ;)

We didn't even stay at the hotel. We were there 15 minutes at most. The door wouldn't shut all the way, the room smelled bad and there was a drug deal outside our room. When we checked in I didn't even get a receipt, the lady didn't talk to us except to ask for ID. We went to the Stranger Things store and came back and decided to leave, still she didn't talk to us. We told her we wanted to check out and she said we were good. I would like a refund please.

Seema is a wonderful front desk lady! She’s the best. She is always kind and calm and happy no matter the situation. She works a lot of hours and is always so happy. Although all the employees here are very friendly and amazing, if you interact with her at any time she will bring a smile to your face.

Requested a room on ground floor - informed non available even though reservation made in advance. A lot of steps w/o an elevator. No lid to close on the commode (which is disgusting), bed very close to wall and it couldn't be moved. Room was clean and no carpet on floors was very nice.
