A classic Diner. We are several meals here. The food and service we great. Like all great diners Hi View had just about everything covered for food possibilities. I had a really outstanding chicken soup! A solid place to eat. 4 🐒

I've been to this restaurant several times since I've moved to the neighborhood and have been completely underwhelmed each time. The food is very bland and and not worth what they charge. The wait staff is very unprofessional and not very friendly. On one visit a senior waitress was training a new hire and her comments regarding other restaurants and about my table "being difficult: were not needed nor appreciated. You could do a lot better for a lot less money.

My family of 4 took the time to try several lunch options. We waited for the fried chicken and, boy!, it was worth it! Turkey Cranberry sandwich filled my mouth with flavors that I hadn't had in years. Biscuits and gravy we took home for a later pleasure snack. Neighboring tables were enjoying their friends/family as well. Welcoming place...
