I have sliders once in a blue moon when WC is just around the corner. It was no different this time around. Sliders are just as tasty as ever but not as cheap as ever. This place is not the cleanest I have been to. It was early morning and it looked like it was a late afternoon here.

Food was ok. Wife had a taste for white castle so I ordered online for pickup. That part all went well until I got home. Clearly stated in the special instructions was no pickles and no onions. Well needless to say I had more pickles or onions from the sliders we ordered than I thought would be possible.

They made me wait like 10 minutes in drive true to have my veggie sliders. Almost making me feel like they are doing it for a reason… Simply worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life!!!

I was at the W.C. last Friday. It was very busy and I was so pleased how I was acknowledged even though she couldn't get to me immediately. I appreciated that seeing she and 1 other worker were slammed in the drive-thru. My order was taken and was prepared to my expectations, delicious. A few minutes later a young man came in from brake and jumped behind the counter and followed up our order. He was pleasant, and kind. He generously asked and supplied us with sauces for our food. What a great experience and what a great White Castle team. Thank you.
