I recently became allergic to dairy. The waitress was amazing with noting I had a dairy allergy and letting me know the options. Their menu is also incredible with showing what can be substituted certain ways. The food was amazing. We are here twice on our trip and if we are ever back we will for sure go back!

Great vegan options and super friendly staff!!! Molly and her staff at Hugos are absolutely delightful. I always have great, quick service there, even through the pandemic. Yesterday I tried the vegan Mac n cheese and it was delicious! Crispy onions with mushrooms and peas on top gave it so much flavor and texture. The latte was so big I had to take it home to finish it. I love the taco stand too but this is a great place for a relaxing lunch with great vibes.

One of the best restaurants in the Valley for breakfast. Always delicious food, consistent. Staff is kind, helpful and friendly. Been going to this location for many years and never disappoints.

I would not know if they serve Peruvian food, but what I have tried is excellent! Super recommended place!
Brush with oil. You can achieve a thicker crust by first brushing on potato starch mixed with 1/2 the volume of water. Brush on the starch mixture and then lightly top with the oil. Yes bake until crust forms. If pasta is finished except for the crust, try 350 degrees Fahrenheit until the crust turns brown, about 20 minutes
