Fantastic people. Easy to work with. Supports female riders. I'm from San Jose and when I was calling different dealerships these guys (Mark) were kind and helpful, when other dealerships were just rude. I never felt like I was being hustled. The price was reasonable and explained throughly. I highly recommend this family owned dealership. Such a good experience.

Very friendly staff, no pushy salesmen when you walk in. Brian was very helpful and even went above and beyond outside of his department to set me up with my finance paperwork while finance department was out for the day. The very next day I got my call that I was approved, process must of taken less than an hour. Picked up my bike a couple hours later after being prepped. Overall the smoothest motorcycle buying experience I’ve ever had. If you’re in the market for a Suzuki, definitely check these guys out first.

For your next motorcycle, you should consider Suzuki of Van Nuys. Where at this dealer, providing customer service and honesty is #1. I've never had such a great dealership experience. I found the bike I wanted, they worked with me to ensure that I would be able to call it mine, and not only that! They treated me like family, very warm and welcoming, no pressure at all to buy anything you didn't want. Every department here is great, whether it be service, parts, and sales. I have an 06' that's a little beat up, went in to consult for a recall repair plus other repairs & service I wanted. Talked to Andy, he was very patient, and knowledgeable. He gave me honest advice, explained everything and recommended which repairs/ service to do because they're important and which ones were just aesthetic. Ended up doing the cylinder recall repair, front break pads, new grips & grip ends and few other repairs. He worked with my schedule so my bike wouldn't be in the shop too long and let me know if he had any additional concerns after they worked on her when I picked up. This was a couple months ago and everything seems good so far, the ride is smoother. The staff was polite, there's street parking available in front, and prices seem fair. Plan to come back for maintenance as needed.
