I got there at 1:39 pm they had me go on line, wait for 7 or 8 minutes, Had me pull in and wait inside for 10 minutes and I was on my way. They are fantastic there. So happy they do N Y State Inspiration at this site. Thank You for being so kind 💖

They are terrible professionals, they want to change the oil on one car for hours, if time is not worth anything to you then stand and wait, I will never come here again to change the oil

OMG! the most horrible service I ever received, the workers were very rude and ordinary, I was only getting an inspection done it took a full hour, When I was getting charged one of their workers slam my car door shot as I was steping inside of it, then I said something about it and he started getting nasty threatening and insulting me. As I was leaving the worker wouldn’t stop mumbling insults and getting nasty, it was very uncomfortable, however thank god I managed to keep my calm, the experience was unbelievably horrible, There is plenty of oil change locations in the area, Do yourself a favor don’t go here!!

Very helpful. Went to Newburgh location, manager informed me (while waiting) they didn't have the oil filter for my car. Very thankful I found out so quickly. He referred me to New Windsor location. Rob, Kevin, John and Steve were great. Had me out in ten minutes tops. Probably less. Very pleasant and will use again. Prices were competitive. Don't forget to change your cabin air filtwr.....(see pic)
