I dont know who runs this location, but close it down. Customer service from Beck with the greasy hair and the others in the back was disgusting, especially the pregnant lady. Incorrect order, cold food and sloppily thrown into the bags after waiting for 20 mins at the garbage bin for them to carry the order out to the car( which they did not!) . My kids were the order reason we did not give the order back.

This restaurant is a joke! 2 years removed from covid and their dining room is still closed. They only are capable of making and handling 1 order at a time. You place your order and the have to wait at the speaker for you food to be prepared before you are instructed to pull to the drive thru. Got lectured by a worker for calling her miss. Sorry Popeyes, but if your store is in that bad of shape, close up shop. Pitiful excuse of a restaurant! When you attempt to make a complaint with corporate, the site says your email address isn't valid, so not only is the restaurant garbage, so is their corporate.

I worked here for less than a month & it was the worst job I have ever had to date. (happily working elsewhere now). the oil is absolutely never cleaned. your food is often sitting out for a long period of time before being served. (the sandwiches mostly). NEVER order their sides. they’re always cold (the temperature is barely ever checked). they are always understaffed due to nobody wanting to work there. the manager Chris is rude & completely overworks everyone who works there. he screams and verbally abuses his workers. my first couple weeks of working they lost my paycheck; blaming it on their checking company. nobody wears gloves OR hair nets. only saw 2 people wash their hands. the place is absolutely filthy. they never get any orders right, and their extremely slow constantly. the line is always to the street. friends of mine who have also worked here have told me stories about rats, bugs, and chris being absolutely terrible to everyone of his employees. save your money, do NOT go here. Do NOT apply to work here. not at a good working environment overall.

Terrible terrible!! I will not be buying at this location again. I don’t know what they are doing to the chicken - there was minimal meat and the coloring on the thighs was so dark I thought maybe they had gone bad. Seems to me like what they gave me was chicken that was sitting under a light bulb for hours. Their business practice is questionable, I ordered a 9 piece and they gave me a 12 piece which was $9 more. When I questioned it the response I got was “that’s what you ordered” I didn’t make a big deal of it and just paid - figured I would just save the leftovers. They most likely wanted to sell as much bad chicken as they can. What a mistake I had to through out half - the chicken was not edible, and the biscuits were hard as a rock. Maybe their sandwiches are better. KFC next time.
