I came in to get a 2 can dine for $10, 6 tenders meal with online redemption. I think she was the manager but she had a Very bad attitude as usual. As soon as I walked in there was another cashier cleaning that tried to help me but she (Manager) interrupted and asked what I wanted. I to show her my code with the countdown still running and she told me before closing looking at my phone that they don't take sceenshots! I told her to look at my phone the clock is still running and still had at least 10mins to go. She tell me that it would be a 20min wait and walks off. I just walked out because I didn't want to deal with her nor wait 20mins for 6 tenders.

This Popeyes location was great! Friendly staff, clean dining area, & fresh hot food. And the mac& cheese was done the right way. I could actually see the cheese. Great location!

Don’t believe the hype! I was curious to see what the hype was for Popeyes Cajun Flounder Fish Sandwich so I stopped at the Maywood, IL location. Before I removed the fish sandwich from the bag there was a strong fishy smell which completely caught me off guard. Then, when I bit into the sandwich, I discovered that the fishy taste justified the fishy smell…and it was horrible! And there was nothing “Cajun” about the sandwich so that’s false advertising. So, because it was late afternoon (and my first meal of the day😬) I wanted to make this work, so I tried to cover up that fishy taste by eating some French fries then I would give it another try. But unfortunately, the second bite on the opposite side was just as fishy tasting as the first bite therefore, that ended my meal. Although it was a nice size portion, and I hate wasting food, that was the end of my Popeyes Cajun Flounder Fish Sandwich experience. And to make matters worse, when I pulled forward my front left tire went into a sunken hole on the left side of their driveway. I’ll check my car for damages tomorrow.

Glad there are other Popeye's locations to choose from. I won't be back to this location . They forgot the biscuits, the chicken was so greasy the box was falling apart. The hole was made just from trying to lift it. My thumb went through the box. The breading was sliding off of the chicken, the fries were barely fried, literally everything fried was like they didn't bother draining any oil at all. The red beans and rice they must've ran out of rice and instead of telling me they put the beans on top of cajun rice. Last the beignets as you can see were crumpled & tossed in the bag. They were also on top so nothing crushed them. Not that it mattered. All of this would have been tolerable if the team members were even close to being professional. Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes without anyone saying anything. The drive thru window is right there so they seen me & others waiting. Never said a word until I asked are you still open? Finally had a team member respond. After taking my order she just told me the total left the window. Then after waiting a very short time( I will give them that.They were fast. But nothing was right so. 🤷) another team member came to the window and basically flung the food at me. Maybe invest in some training for the team members and management.
