No one here has customer service skills. I go through a drive thru and here " yeah? " I give my order, pull around and there's no one at the window. I wait 5, 10, 15, now 18mins no one comes to the window. I just take off. Last time I came here i waited 45mins and my food was Luke warm and pure slope.

DIA BACA

No service animals allowed. That's very odd. Patrons that need a service animal to complete acts of daily living arent welcome. Its hard enough for round the clock care so much so that putting faith in an animal for our well being is chalenging as also we the disabled have a hard time accepting and getting accustomed to.

Been sitting behind this truck in the drive thru for 30 minutes before even moving forward... got a few more vehicles behind me as well.... this location for some reason always takes forever in the drive thru. No matter if they are slow or busy. They don't respect anyone's time. No sure who manages this location but they need to be demoted. Their food at this location I'd say 6-7/10... my favorite location is Vegas Dr and Rainbow! But they don't have a drive thru. Food there is 10/10

No beans, raw potatoes, no guac and a ton of sour cream for no reason. I've never had a problem with any robertos but this one
