The employees at this store made my stressful trip to Vegas a LOT less stressful. Not only were they helpful with things inside the store, they helped us with some tips of where to go and made us feel a little more at home.

Place doesn't even deserve 1 star. We're staying across the street at Luxor ans came here to grab some cigarettes and drinks. Got here at 11:22 p.m. with the doors locked. Went there tonight. Sign in for states close for shoddy change until 1120. I have never heard of such a thing. Pathetic management and owners to let something like this cost them business. I will NEVER go there again and I will let everyone I know to avoid this location as well as this company

I've only been there a couple of times when we stay across the street at Excalibur. Never seen the coolers empty. Staff was always decent. Maybe they have busy times?
