I ordered delivery from the 7-Eleven to get ice. I always put on the order if there is no ice cancel my order. 70% of the time the driver shows up without ice not because they don't have ice but because no one bothers to give it to the driver. So today instead of someone trying to fix the issue at least like they have in the past I got a very rude person named Brandy who refuse to help me get the ice that I didn't get with my order. I am so sick to death of something as simple as giving a driver ice that is on the receipt isn't done.

They have a lack of respect for customers. You can have a medical condition for not having a mask on and they will laugh at you and will try to refuse service to yourself. I've tried coming in at different times and it seems to be the environment they have created. Lack respect for anyone but themselves.

Just got yelled at for offering the worker to count my change for gas... Because I get it people don't like counting change..
