Great place to go for Korean BBQ and Shabu Shabu, big place, good service but be ready to wait outside and inside, service can be a little slow when the place is too busy.

Good quality meat, the sushi bar (all you can eat) was not open. Oddly interesting, the staff that I assume are Koreans were less friendly or customer service driven than the staff that were Latinos.

The atmosphere is amazing and the food is just so great, especially the ice cream plus outta so easy to get free ice cream here! Marcelino was so great! We appreciate all of his service and his hospitality

The idea that you could have ayce kbbq and hot pot at the same time sounded like a spectacular combination, but it was poorly executed here as they were understaffed, which contributed to lack of attention and quality of service. While we left full, there was a lot left to be desired and it felt like a waste of time and money spent. Especially since it was Thanksgiving Day. We chose Menu B for both ayce kbbq and hot pot. For hot pot, we got Spicy Seafood and Beef for our soup base. Vegetable platter comes out followed by our meat selection: ribeye, beef belly and lamb. They appeared thin in their tray, but once cooked, the pieces were so large and thick. I wish they were cut a bit smaller and/or thinner. For kbbq, we ordered brisket, LA marinated short rib, pork belly, beef belly and beef tongue. We never got the beef tongue, but 2 extra trays of brisket. They drop off the meat quickly to disappear elsewhere, so it's not like we could ask what they were. We also ordered the soft tofu soup and steamed egg, which were both BURNT. You could smell and taste the char and bitterness. Awful... The side dishes were mediocre. We got refills of the potato salad and radish slices while everything was set aside due to it being bland or having a strange aftertaste. We also got sauces, but we had no idea what they were. Service was lacking, aka, ours disappeared after the initial order. After many failed attempts to get someone's attention, my bf shouted "Excuse me" to get anyone's attention. They ran over fast and started to pay more attention further into the evening, which is crazy because we arrived at opening when it was a little slower. Overall, it was shocking to experience sub-par service. In my opinion, there's definite room for improvement to streamline their service because it was chaotic. I think it would be great if the servers could spend like 2-3 minutes providing an overview of their menu/ordering process and how to adjust the fan above the grill, especially if it's their first time at BWON. Have a designated person as a refill floater for beverages, sides and grill change. Hire a hostess or have someone at the front desk AND make sure the tables are cleaned before a new party arrives so that they don't wait in the middle of the walkway. SMH.
