Ladies are nice. Food has definitely gone down hill the last few years unfortunately. Plain lo mein noodles are normally dependable and good. Last time we got General Tso the chicken was grisly. This time, chicken in Chicken Fried Rice was still translucent and not cooked thoroughly. Definitely a let down. Like I mentioned plain noodles are dependable so we will probably only stick to that from now on unfortunately.

Food is mediocre at best. Prices are too high for what you get. I travel all over and they are the most expensive. What I ordered today was lacking a lot of seasoning and flavor. Egg roll was best. Boneless ribs very small pieces and flavorless. Chicken chow Mein combo was also lacking in flavor. Was over $30 for the combo, small boneless ribs and wings.

Typical Chinese fare, good, and reliable. Ordering is simple, and the food is ready quickly. I love having access to different types of food out in Moneta, so I'm glad this restaurant is there. As I said, the food is reliably good, but not great. Their hot and sour soup is not as well balanced as it could be, but that would be my only real complaint. The steamed noodles are tasty, and the shrimp fried rices has plenty of shrimp. If you have a hankering for Chinese food, this should hit the spot.

Beast from the east

Don't know what happened but I'll admit that I don't eat out much anymore. But 4-5 months ago ordered my favorite food it was the best. Ordered yesterday and it was like someone who could not cook fixed my food vegetable fried rice was reddish looking and unedible the rest was barely edible. Going to learn how to prepare it for myself and not eating out ever again. Okay April 22 I have returned to Peking today and was really hoping that Peking was going through a bad time with the C19. But it seems that it's not a bad time. They have hit rock bottom it looks like. Was a excellent place to eat but not no more. I will be looking for a new Chinese restaurant in or close to me. The one reason I made this decision is that I ordered white rice. It takes a lot to mess up white rice and they did it and how I have no idea. It was not edible it did not even taste or look like rice. As a matter of fact the rest wasn't edible either.
