This U.S. Bank Torrance Branch is managed by a very efficient and friendly guy, Mr. Jay Santos. This branch affords me great convenience on weekends when I go out to buy groceries inside Ralphs Store.

I've called multiple times with no answer. After leaving voicemails, no call back. They also gave me the run around. Told me they couldn't help me at the branch and I had to call the 24 hr line just to get rid of me. When I called the toll free number I was told only the branch could help me. Basically useless unhelpful.We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, Shawnie. It is concerning that you are not being helped by the branch.
