The idea is nice and the hottub was good. But customer service is poor and our rooms bathroom literally was an outhouse. The door didn't latch and you can see right into the toilet. Not great for a romantic night. Also we only had 2 thin blanket sheets on our rock hard bed. For the price of these rooms, I expected better.

The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and professional and our room(enchanted forest) was beautiful!! Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was hot and delicious! Definitely want to come againπ

It's pricey but it's a one of a kind experience, at least without going to Vegas. Buyer beware though, not all rooms are created equal and I highly suggest touring them before booking. Favorites of ours include the ever popular (and easily the coolest room we've ever stayed at) Romeo and Juliet, Tuscany, Jungle Cruise, and 49er suite. Romeo's retreat was fine but Phantom of the Opera wasn't worth it and happened to be next to the workers office or something and they were quite noisy. Breakfast has gotten a bit better over the years but really isn't worth the price. For the money you spend this location could certainly do better as far as breakfast. Still, we'll likely be coming back several times. I'm eager to try out treasure island.

We did our research before we came and the New York New York room looked liked it was awesome, super nice and included a lot. But we were disappointed in the final result. It was okay. Definitely not worth $300. The pillows were not comfortable and the thermostat would not go lower than 72 (I don't know anyone who sleeps well being hot). The decorations were cool and we liked the bath. But there wasn't much special about it. They gave us sparking cider and then breakfast and then we borrowed two movies to watch. However, they messed up our breakfast order by giving us what we didn't want. The receptionist when we got there on the 23rd of December was not friendly. She spoke very fast and it was rote so I was not following her directions. That led to not understanding what was included with Breakfast. We would come here again but stay in a cheaper room and in one of the jungle themes. Those look pretty cool.

If you go to the website you can see all of the rooms, the names, and prices. You can also go in for tours of the rooms from 1-3 PM every day and see the rooms and the front desk will give you a list of the rooms and prices. Hope this helps!!
In the past they have asked us if it's all on the card. We never asked but I would assume they ask this question because they accept other form of payments.
They have a couple rooms on the main floor that can be used as Ada accessible. But they don't have elevators. The Logan location has rooms specifically designed as handicap accessible.
This is from their website. Our rooms cannot accommodate more than two adults. As a courtesy to other guest, please leave children (and pets) at home.
