Was happy with my service! To make an appointment I suggest you make it ONLINE as walk-ins are either not accepted in most locations or very limited!! However after making the appointment checking in was a breeze and the only receptionist was so willing to help anyone who may have had issues! After waiting 10-15 minutes I was called in a did my first test and waited 15 more for the second !! The staff was efficient and straightforward which I appreciate since there was a lot of people waiting so if you visit do plan accordingly for any wait you may experience!

Absolutely RETARDED electronic phone service.! You cannot make or Edit your appointment without spending a good one hour and getting frustrated! Can someone just pick up the DARN phone!

Attitude, Attitude, Attitude!! The heavy set black lady that works there, walks around talking to people any kind of way like someone owes her something. Even the lady at the front desk checking people in had an attitude as well just for someone holding the door opened too long. The ghetto called and need their staff back. Where do you guys find this kind of staff? No professialism, poor manners and customer service. The lady in the back that was drawing the blood was nice and the guy was nice. I understand It's crowded and busy, but there is a certain way to talk to people. You guys need to check up on this location. I know plenty people that have experience and that are looking for jobs that will have way better customer service than this!!! Please fix it. I never write reviews, but after the experience here, it was necessary

After reading so many bad reviews on this facility, I was very nervous about going there, but I was in a hurry and they take walk-ins, so... It was great. I only waited about 10 minutes. They drew blood without any issues, and in fact with less stinging than I'm used to. Great service, great attitudes. I have no idea why so many bad reviews. I may make it my regular place for bloodwork.
