My room 721 was used by someone else when I was away, and the whole bathroom was dirtied. When I showed this to the staff I was given a simple answer “we don’t know” without any concern or apology. There was a camera right outside the room door and the staff promised that they will look at the footage and have a manager call me back. Been 4 days, no call and no follow-up. Avoid this property if you value your safety and belongings and absolutely avoid ROOM 721

First, the staff were friendly and helpful, but that's the only good thing I can say about this hotel. My room was large but cold, and barely equipped with anything. Entertainment is basically a large TV and access to Netflix if you own a subscription. That is better than it sounds because WiFi is also $6.75 if you want to use it. The bathroom was also large, but the bath did not have a functioning shower head (some parts were just missing). In general this place is set up as a business hotel, so everything is an additional cost on top of the basic price. If you are put up for work here intentionally however, I would assume someone is trying to tell you to get another job.

Dated rooms in need of some repairs, found a condom wrapper on the floor that my toddler found, so gross, so not the cleanest hotel. My child puked milk all over the bed and it was a little difficult to get all new bedding but we eventually did and the man who helped us was very nice. Pool is nice and warm. Not the greatest hotel for parents with kids, no microwave in rooms and I think it's geared more for business people. Starbucks in hotel but we stayed two nights and was never open?? So not sure

Room had older type decor, yet was very clean and well maintained. Shower pressure was amazing. Pleased with the soft-close toilet seats & soft-close shower doors. Used both, key card and mobile phone key, without any problems. Heater kept us warm. The fridge kept our drinks and food cold. Our stay was short, so we were not affected by the fact that there aren’t any microwave in the rooms. Due to COVID, housekeeping is not automatic, despite requesting the service, no one ever came. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend to friends & family. If we’re ever in this area again, we would definitely come back.
