Waited in line for nearly 30 minutes to check in, person working the counter was initially helping someone else and then decided to answer the phone rather than help myself or the line of people behind me, After 30min of waiting and not even being acknowledged once by the front desk person I have up. Hotels com called the front desk on my behalf but they reported the attendant was rude and they were unable to reason with him. Not surprising the booking company themselves couldn't reason with this place. Hotel now refuses to refund the one night stay (prepaid) because they wanted me to stand around as long as they felt necessary. Save yourself the hassle. Plenty of other real hotels across the street.

I meant to take more pictures but had to rush my check out due to work. Hotel is in descent shape but the smell of cigarette and weed is BRUTAL! Especially the bathrooms. Staff is great. Breakfast is terrible. Keycard wouldn’t work half the time. TV lags when changing channels and no guide provided. Pillows are plenty but are mostly air. People smoke out front not 20 feet from the door. Great potential but you need to keep guests accountable to the rules.

The staff was amazing with the situations I had been thru. Helped me get into a room really quick. Helped me get a taxi to the hotel and understood I had been at the airport for hours. The manager even gave me his own personal charger for the night. Very respectful staff and very caring about their guest. Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Last night me and my family were sent to this hotel by United Airlines, due to a eight-hours delay. We arrived about 00:30 am, after experiencing a really bad treatment by the airline's staff. So, you can tell how tired and upset we were when this gentleman named Pedro welcomed us. He was extremely helpful, answered some questions and personally booked a taxi to our return to the airport at the appropriate time. Our frustration turned immediately to joy for meeting such a great professional. Then, to complete the picture, this morning I needed to print our vax status, and I met this young lady at the reception. She was also a great professional printing the certificates in a minute and refusing to charge for it. So, congratulations and thanks for this great stay. The staff is top of class.
