Sadly, after reading these reviews, everyone is correct. They are rude! I live walking distance so I go there or should I say I try to go there to use the charging station. Never fails the "manager's" car is always parked in the charging spot and Manager does not move his car even though it clearly states on the charging meter "Full" . I asked if he could possibly move and employees always say Manager is not around or they will call him to get car moved. In fact, last time I went I was upset because again the Manager car was parked with a full meter. I asked if ok to park near the meter since "manager" wasn't around again and car was full.... So I get from the worker....." if you remove the charger alarm will go off and I don't want to touch it." Really ?!!! Wait .....you work at Honda and you are in sales but you are telling me an alarm will go off on the car when charger is removed? That clearly doesn't happen!!!!!! If you know what your selling you would know this! They were just being RUDE!!!!!! I would never remove a charger off another car that is being loaded but I would if the meter says "full" because no additional charge is running. Charging station etiquette, you don't remove someone's charge if its running. These employees charging should not only educate themselves on the cars they are selling but also on knowing when the meter says "full" MOVE YOUR CAR. We are the customers not you. The reason I bought a Honda electric car was the convenience of having a Honda dealer walking distance ..... Based on the reviews I am sure people would be happier going to another Honda. I hear Honda World in Downey has knowledgeable Sales Rep :)

This dealer is terrible. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I bought a 2016 Jeep and it overheated within the first two weeks. Took about a month to fix the problem, but then again the Jeep still had problems and they refused to check it to figure out the problem. Said I had to take it back to Jeep instead of taking it for me, they refused me service when I purchased the vehicle there. Less that 2 months me actually having having the car it over heated again after barley 3 months supposedly being fixed. I've requested the repair order copes and documents of all work done via email, text and phone no documents have been sent to me. Took it to Jeep and Jeep discovered the problem was never originally fixed. Went through extended warranty and they refuse to cover the cost of a new engine that I need because the job wasn't done correctly the first time by ocean Honda's service team. My son has an pneumonia and has been in and out the hospital I'm unable to go into the dealership to further push the issue they need to pay for and correct. I've called service and they do not answer any of my calls. At this point im looking forward into taken legal action. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE
