The people I talked to over the phone were rude. I understand that there have been a lot of requests for books these past few weeks because school just start but it shouldn't take over a week to get just two books. Especially when they aren't even dealing with in-store customers since its only curbside pick up.

It’s crowded at the beginning of the semester, which is fine, but their prices are easily beat by buying textbooks online. If you’re in a pinch, or if your professor assigns a book only sold at the bookstore, then be ready to spend some money. The people working there though are very friendly for the most part, which is why I’ve given 3 stars. Also, the place is clean and well stocked with everything college students need.

Is very well kept and clean. Pens, Pencils, Paper are well stocked. Have not had any issue where books were out of stock either. Early morning is typically the bes time to go as there will not be any sort of large line.
