I had a positive experience getting my car serviced and fixing a recall issue. My service associate, Efrain, was kind and most helpful. He attended me In a timely manner and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. He offered transportation if necessary but I ended up waiting at the dealership. The vehicle was ready when promised so I was satisfied with the timeliness of the service to my vehicle. My car was returned cleaner than when I brought it in. I waited in the dealership and in the waiting area which was clean and comfortable. There was complementary easy access to wireless Internet and charging stations for my phone. Thanks again.
