Bought a Kia Certified Used Soul Turbo GT recently from KIA Garden Grove. The experience was really great. I had a positive experience getting my car serviced and fixing a recall issue. My service associate, Efrain, was kind and most helpful. He attended me In a timely manner and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. He offered transportation if necessary but I ended up waiting at the dealership. The vehicle was ready when promised so I was satisfied with the timeliness of the service to my vehicle. My car was returned cleaner than when I brought it in. I waited in the dealership and in the waiting area which was clean and comfortable. There was complementary easy access to wireless Internet and charging stations for my phone. Thanks again.

Great question- for service every employee is masked , porters and technicians are masked and gloved. We have a touch less tablet write up system with plexus glass barriers. When done we sanitize interior of vehicle before delivery. Sales is spread out in various locations throughout the dealership practicing contact distancing and are masked . Look forward to seeing you
Yes. You can just go. But having an appointment helps with a shorter wait time. As with everything. Alot depends on how busy they are at that particular time.

I put zero down on a brand new car there a couple of years ago , I do have exceptional credit however the payments are roughly 500 a month ! Only 3 more years to go ! LOL use Carfax to shop around for the best deal on what your looking for .....also shopping during Labor Day is good too lots of deals! Special incentives around Holidays !
