This is being written in August 2022. I, too, have had very rude treatment by previous employees. But I have to give credit to the store manager or owner – – they have REALLY turn things around! They “cleaned house” and hired a bunch of really friendly people, all of whom are upbeat and helpful. This place has done a complete 180 – – almost. There’s still one older salty guy in the back who is a real pill. He occasionally works the front counter. His attitude is a carryover from the previous mindset of this store. But, other than him, the staff they have there now is GREAT!

Wow! How can a UPS store customer service be this bad? The lady didn’t even greet me, i said hi and she just looked at me. Her name is Mandu or Madu, i don’t remember. A few words to the owner, please hire someone better with customer service, your staff really have attitude toward us. I stepped away right after she lectured me what to do on my amazon package. I’ve never had this experience before, very BAD ATTITUDE!

Jack is incredibly helpful!! Even when there was a rush of customers, he took the time to meet my needs and help me with my various requests for shipping and printing. This UPS location has things figured out with customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Jack and Joe!

I feel like everyone deserves respect no matter how your feeling as a employee because people come to your store for a service , I came in and saw the most disrespectful employee to a Hispanic costumer. telling her I can't even understand what your saying but I heard her talk clearly to him he disregarded her and went to attend another employee because he couldn't get a copy to come out correctly . I believe in costumer service and don't think people like treated that way no matter what .
