I had a bad experience with ordering a replacement motor for my old Sta-Rite pump from an on-line vendor. They shipped it without signature confirmation and unfortunately, Fedex lost it or it got stolen from my front porch. I was stuck with a non-functioning pump for over 2 weeks because no one else locally or on-line had the replacement motor. I found Aqua Swimming Pool Supplies website during my search for the replacement motor. Unfortunately they did not have the motor either. BUT Matt searched through their inventory and found a brand new replacement pump (entire pump assembly). I told him it is a 5 hr. drive from Las Vegas and I would like to pick it up. I requested if he could hold it for me for 2 days. We confirmed via a few text messages with pics the Model # to make sure it was the correct pump. After the long drive, I finally met Matt in person. He was very busy because the store was going through major remodeling and renovations. There was stuff all over the inside & outside of the store. Workers were even up on the roof. But Matt still took his time to help me make sure it was the correct pump. I ended up buying a few other smaller items before leaving. The Pentair pump Model Pentair Intelliflo VSF has been installed over 2 months now (since Dec 24, 2021). In retrospect, I should have just gotten the entire new Pentair pump from the get-go. It is a much better pump with the programmable variable speed controller built-in. The install was not a direct swap. I had to raise the pump above the slab. I also had to do some pvc plumbing work between pump & filter. But I have experience with pvc work and it was not a big deal. I also had to modify the electrical input elbow connector because the lines came out from a different angle as my old pump. It has been running great since install. Just a side note, unrelated to the product, but indicative of how Matt treated me after my 5 hr. drive and having to turn around to do another 5 hr. drive back home - he offered me some snacks that he had for my trip back home. I can't say enough to thank Matt for his help and hospitality. I know I will not be buying most of my pool supplies here, obviously due to the long drive. But we do spend time with friends & relatives in OC. So, I will definitely return if I am ever near the store. Thanks for all the help Matt.

I called Aqua Swimming Pool Supplies and was nicely greeted by Matt. I was in desperate need of a 'rare' part and he worked along side with his colleague Brenda to help me source the part. The part I was looking for was obsolete in my area and Brenda was able to confirm availability. I'm in Texas and Brenda drove the same day to ship it to me! She always kept me posted on the progress of my package and Matt even gave me a courtesy call to verify I had received my part. I am beyond thankful to them and will definitely continue doing business with them. I would definitely recommend Aqua Swimming Pool Supplies for your swimming pool needs.
