Ramona's Mexican Food

I have been coming here ever since I can remember. For sure since the 90's. Their prices have doubled and their portions have decreased. They no longer top plates with lettuce, green onion, and tomato. Just lettuce. Tacos don't get a tomato either anymore. A beef and potato burrito is 2 leveled scoops now for $10.25. I know they're delicious but I likely will never get food from here again.

For most orders they are good. Even better than good. But when they do not listen you get something made in a way you did not ask for. Pay attention and you will get good food at Ramona's.

I've been eating at Ramona's for years. Yesterday my husband ordered the same item I've gotten for years. Bean and cheese burrito with rice and red chile sauce (no meat) normally, the server puts a couple of spoon full of sauce and that's it. Now this place charged extra 9.00 for sauce, stating that the sauce is like meat. Insane. They even typed it in the receipt. Not to mention, the customer service is horrible.

Been going here for 15+ years. Food still good but seems like w/ every year, prices go up while food quantity/quality goes down. Not the same as before but still loyal to the place.
