i was stuck and literally at a standstill with most Banking institutions in Salem OR telling me that in no uncertain terms that I was not going to be able to afford or fit in with their clientele and their uppity, better than everybody else attitude with their noses held high in the air. i figured i was out of luck until my friend told me about his bank and the usual stuff that they were his favorite, treated him like family and so many other things that I thought it was too good to be true. So I ended up at my last chance, which should have been my first, and walked through the doors of US BANK. I was amazed, simply flabbergasted and unprepared for the absolute best and most helpful meeting and straight up customer service that I have ever witnessed with banks. i was taken care of, treated respectfully, actually conversing with me instead of talking down to me. my banking issues were all resolved, explained to me in a manner that I could understand and I was back out the door within 30 minutes later, with out a worry in the world knowing that all was safe and sound. i would without hesitation recommend anyone that needs a bank OR is at a deadend and looking to move on, to stop searching and make their first stop at the US bank. i am confident that you will be taken care of. Can they take care of all your problems, fix everything for everyone ? probably not. but more often than not they can get it done. i know, because I was hopeless and lost and now with my new bank account at US BANK, I know that I matter and I feel welcomed and treated fairly when I am in their care. Absolutely horrible customer service every time I go to do banking.
