They try. However any time I show up for a perception I'm told its a 15min wait. Never ready. till after I show up despite texts saying prescription is ready. This has happened multiple times. On top of not being able to produce pain meds after my child was hit by a car bc dr prescribed meds local cvs didn't carry. So we had to use mt pocono cvs n wait there 45 mins bc narcotics can't be forwarded to another location. Again they try but are lacking.

Between CVS, Rite Aid, and Walgreens, CVS is far and away the most expensive. But it's the most convenient of my options so whaddya gonna do?

It's really less a reflection of the employees at this location but of CVS as a whole. It's as if the system was specifically designed to waste it's customers' (and prescribers') time. The system forces you to listen to 5 minutes worth of robot which doesn't understand you before you even have the ability to request a real living man or woman. Even then, all they are allowed to answer in regards to my question (when will you have my medication back in stock?) is to say we can't give you that information. Even though it was prescribed. Nor can they recommend a location at which I might be able to find it. Um so, I guess doctors are reduced to playing whack-a-mole to find out which location does or does not have a medication. Isn't their time supposedly valuable? Mine is, but obviously CVS doesn't care about mine. It's clear that health is the lowest priority for something that calls itself health care. I will be seeking alternatives to my meds that don't come from this system. The walls are closing in. This is a wake-up call. If you have even the slightest similar inclining.. you're not alone. Things are happening. Take appropriate action.

Dana Smith is an outstanding asset to the CVS pharmacy department. She and Abbie are always professional and courteous. Dana helped out immensely when we had to pick up a prescription, although busy, she immediately filled the prescription and went beyond the call of duty. We are so fortunate to have her, and she is greatly appreciated.

The distribution of the vaccine was not organized at all. Now we all have to patient.lol..hopefully they now have a handle on it..I'm guessing about a month and some luck.sorry I couldn't be of more help
