So while the store has a ton to choose from the staff acts like you're bothering them. I wish this was a one-time occurrence, but every time I come in here, no one wants to help, no one speaks and no one acknowledges you even exist. I needed help with hair colors and picking out the correct type, when I tell you not one person wanted to help seriously no one wanted to help. The person who did help was a "color expert" and when I asked various questions she didn't have answers or just didn't know but again she's a "color expert". Overpriced and not a single happy or helpful employee.

They have an amazing selection of sweet lashes and a wide variety of fake bloods. This is definitely the place to go for all your makeup needs!

Dry and unhelpful staff, nicest person there is the security guard who was the only one who greeted me. The staff is so stuck up, I felt like I was bothering the one doing nothing at the counter to ask for a product. I won't ever return to this cluttered store, because why spend hundreds in a place where the employees would rather ignore your existence and talk to you in the most condescending manner. Yeah, no thanks. I'll try the makeup store in Burbank.

This is one of my favorite professional beauty stores in the valley. There is a large variety of brands, and the staff is very helpful. They carry a good amount of brands that I usually only find in Europe.
