Joseph is the best! He hooked me up with a new set of tires, and replaced them so fast! He even gave me some tips on how to keep them from wearing as fast. Very nice people working here. Definitely recommend!

Not bad replaced all 4 tires with new ones, wich i supplied due to personal interest got all 4 mounted and balanced and back on my vehicle within 20min

Not good at alignments!!!. left car the same pulling to the left...if they don't know how to do alignment on a certain vehicle they should say so or at least charge 1/2 of original price sense they couldnt do a decent alignment... paid 80 for 4 wheel alignment and still pulls to the left when i told em before they did alignment that it was pulling to left... im a mechanic and have a bit of knowledge in alignments and was watching and needles that show where tires are facing were not straight and they supposedly adjusted tightened and said it was good... and sense no reciept no refund or 2nd alignment attempt... sense no proof they worked on it in the first place...

These folks are honest, helpful, and fairly priced. They look out for your concerns, and take great care of your car. Their hours are great for working professionals. The service is quick also. Last year, I got new tires from them before as road trip. On the way back from Arizona, we started hearing noises, and thought they were tire related. We went back to Ortiz Tires, and they kindly evaluated and fixed the problem, which was entirely unrelated tho their service on my car, for free, with no hassle. Thanks Ortiz Tires!
