We bought our 2022 Sandstorm 272GSLC and are loving it! The kids are grown, and we wanted a toy hauler to bring our Harleys with us on our adventures. Every single person was friendly and helpful. It is obvious that they love what they do and do what they possibly can to get you into your rv. They had the best pricing by far over the many places we visited. It was definitely worth the extra distance and are so happy we did. Thank you to everyone!! 🥰

Great experience buying from them they were knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process was easy, they even helped refer me to a dealer to buy a new truck. They don't get 5 stars though and I hope this isn't a trend going forward. I didn't check if I got a power cord on the day I picked it up, I was looking over so many things looking at the hitch and it slipped my mind. 1 week later I call and they said they leave it in the trailer. I can't locate it and I let them know but they couldn't help us after spending 80,000 dollars at there place plus the extras we purchased, was a let down. It's not that expensive but the little things count, please create a checklist before people leave some of us are new and need a little help.

Awful service, even worse customer service. We felt like we were bugging them by spending our money at this place purchasing a 2017 sandstorm. I brought in our toy hauler in the 1st time for service of a fresh water tank leak and left with a replaced kinked LP line, a water pump that cycled every few minutes, and the fresh water tank leak was still there! After our trip to Utah and 2nd fresh water tank leak I once again brought the unit in for service and was promised it would be fixed and the unit would be washed for our trouble. I picked it up and it was filthy! We dry camped in the desert and you guessed it, the water pump cycled every couple minutes and the fresh water tank was still leaking! I cut my camping trip short and brought it down to them on Saturday and Chuck came out being rude saying I couldn't leave it and that my warranty was expired. These issues occurred before my 1 year warranty was expired and they never fixed these issues! Plus, I purchased an extra year of warranty which he continued to say that I would have to go through forest river. I am absolutely disgusted in the way these people treat their customers if they need help or service. Needless to say he is refusing to fix it and forest river is towing the unit to one of their facilities. Please please please consider purchasing from somewhere else. If you ever need service, it is not worth dealing with an incompetent dealer.
