Easy purchase of a dryer online and picked up a day later, when I went my jeep was about half an inch too small for the box, I told them I would come back with a truck the next day, but surprisingly enough Samir offered to drop it off for me!! Absolutely amazing customer service! Thank you so much!! Will be back to use my points I got from the purchase too!

I purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher here last Friday. It arrived Wednesday so I picked it up and I noticed a little damage on the box but nothing serious. When I unpackaged it to install it I noticed a dent on the side that was bad enough that it also slightly dented the interior wall of the dishwasher. I went to return the dishwasher the next day and the owner offered me a full refund or a discount on the dented model as well as a discounted extended warranty along with his assurance that the dented area should not effect the performance of the dishwasher. I was impressed by the kindness of the owner who was understanding and apologetic as well as going above and beyond to satisfy my husband and I as customers. We went to Sears in Napa in the first place to support local business in our community and we will return when we buy our next appliance.

Had a great experience with the people at this Sears. Found the best deal on a dish washer there, better price than HD or other online retailers. Owner is extremely knowledgeable and he was able to help get what I needed quickly.
