Absolutely outstanding stay all around. Warm welcome and attention from the owners. Impeccably clean cabins with all modern amenities. Gorgeous setting. Exceeded our expectations. We hope to visit again, because the area has enough incredible motorcycle routes to justify staying for 4 or 5 days.

Awesome MOTORCYCLE ONLY cabins! The cabins are beautiful. There are 4 cabins and they are simple, nice cozy bed, bathroom with shower, sink, mini fridge, coffee maker and small container of Folgers coffee, real coffee cups and wine glasses. No TV’s and spotting internet make for a great escape! They have a small back deck with chairs overlooking a beautiful field and mountains of the Blue Ridge Parkway. At the office building, full size refrigerator with drinks and snacks available for purchase. Large deck around office with a mini kitchen, Blackstone grill and mini bar available for use. The view from the cabin and deck is beautiful! There is a large fire pit with chairs and wooden benches to relax around after a day of riding. They also have corn hole boards for enjoyment. The owners, Dennis and Leslie, are amazing! They are very accommodating and will tell you about, lead or tag along on rides with you. They are a real joy to be with and sit around and talk to. They make sure your visit is very relaxing and enjoyable. A night, the fire pit is very relaxing. The sky at night is full of stars and there is little light poisoning, so you can see the Milky Way. We watched deer come out of the woods and graze in a field in the evening. We were welcomed by a large bull when we arrived (cattle farm next door) who was looking for a snack. Words cannot do justice to how beautiful these cabins and the location are. It is right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is so quite, peaceful and relaxing. The only sound we heard at night was a few coyotes and 1 lonely motorcycle traveling the parkway on our first night. If you ride a motorcycle you need to spend a few days at Ridge Rider Cabins! THEY ONLY RENT TO MOTORCYCLE RIDERS….NO 4 WHEEL OR MORE VEHICLES ALLOWED! Best weekend we have had in a while and we have already got our reservations for next year, even adding a day to the trip!

What can I NOT say about Ridge Eider Cabins? Lesley and Dennis are now friends as well as great hosts. The cabins are cozy, clean, and comfortable. Roscoe and Rudy are very nice too. The evening bonfires and astronomy lessens are awesome. If you are on the parkway and want the best place to stay, you must stay at Ridge Rider Cabins.Thank you so much!!! We really enjoy sharing this beautiful part of the country with our fellow riders and friends.
