I highly would not recommend going to this cvs location. Especially, for pharmaceutical supplies for medication of any kind. I’ve experienced being given the wrong amount of medication and even had packages opened without my awareness and consent.

This is about the PCR test to travel that I took at this CVS on Saturday Sept 3. The person working at the pharmacy was very nice so this review is not about her. I was traveling Monday night so the earliest I could take a PCR test was Saturday morning in order to get it in the 1-2 days they said it would arrive and receive it before I boarded my international flight home. I started asking questions about the results time and she didn't seem that confident, she said it would take 1-2 days just like the website says but something just felt off. I called QuestDiagnostics multiple times since that is the lab that does the actual testing from CVS and they kept saying it would arrive in time. Thankfully I trusted my gut and went to WestTestU by the airport and did a 24 hour test because it is now September 10th and I STILL have not received the results. These test results were the only way I could get home, if I had trusted what everyone at CVS and Quest told me, I would not have been able to board my flight. If you are traveling, I HIGHLY suggest not doing your test here. Sure it is free but you get what you pay for and that could either be a ton of stress leading up to your flight and getting your results maybe in time, or not getting them at all and having to end up taking the time to go take another test else where.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Called ahead to make sure my prescription was ready and arrived at store 5 mins later. One hour later due the new window person trying to give me more than the one prescription I came for even after the first thing I told was that I didn't need the other prescription because I still had some at home and not being properly trained. I then asked to speak to pharmacist who had a major attitude problem and condescendingly told me the window person was new and I should be patient after waiting for ONE hour. When I told her I didn't need her attitude she refused to give me my prescription. Then we waited to speak with the store manager who directed staff to fill my prescription. Do not go to this pharmacy. They could care less about you and customer service. This pharmacy is located in a in low income area and they try to overcharge you for prescriptions you do not need and then act like you are treating them "poorly". This is actually discrimination by pharmacy/pharmacist and illegal.

Or family has used this pharmacy for the past several years and we absolutely love them. The staff is always extremely helpful and you are always greeted with a smile. From the cashiers to the pharmacy stead they are all amazing and extremely helpful and the store is always clean and organized. If you can't find something they go above and beyond to help find what you need. On top of that their pharmacy is exceptionally fast and go out of their way to make sure all your concerns are addressed and questions are answered. I'm glad we live close by, but would drive a little further if i had to just because they make every trip as easy and fat for you as they can. I would strongly recommend you choose this CVS
