If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Horrible customer service and staff was very disrespectful when calling in a prescription

I have used CVS pharmacies for most of my life, and expected similar service from the one on Potomac Ave in Hagerstown. We moved here 3 months ago and the customer service leaves much to be desired. I receive the alert calls/texts that the scripts are ready and when I go to pick them up (sometimes days after the initial call) they are not actually ready and I either have to leave and come back or wait another 5-10 minutes while they are prepped. The convenience of this pharmacy’s location is no longer worth our time and effort. I highly recommend using a different one!

The Covid testing machine they use at this CVS i don't think its accurate there tests says um positive i was at another testing facility at an urgent care a couple hours earlier where I normally goes an I was negative at the urgent care

Best Pharmacy . fast friendly and helpful employees . always take time to help every customers individual needs . great retail selection and the Minute Clinic is my choice for minor medical needs and vaccinations . their staff takes great care of me ! Everyone that works in that cvs location Goes well above and beyond my expectations i continue to go there even though i live closer to a different location now . highly recommend.
