Everytime I am here, something is wrong. The first time our waiter leans on our table over our food which was disgusting. The next time I go my steak was so rare I could not eat it and they didn't break out my fiance's fries. When I addressed the issue all he did was apologize and say he forgot instead of fixing it. I will never go back to the Chili's in Hagerstown, MD.

The young lady that was out waitress was brand new. She was doing the best she could. The food SUCKED.. children wings were hard. Salad was soggy, we never got my husband's hamburger after 1 and a half hrs.mgr said that it was never placed so he put it in still no meal till we all were fine and ready to go. Very unsatisfied with this visit.

Great food. Get the cheese in the skillet to have with your chips. Due to someone in our party being part of the rewards program took money off of our bill. I found that the menu was easy to understand and everything was clearly marked with its prices. I appreciated that as someone that had never been to a Chili's before, it made it much easier for me.
