I don't know which location some of these other reviews were at, but I had an amazing experience at the Valley Mall location in Hagerstown, MD. The waitress was great and kept us refilled on our "bottomless" drinks and fries. Unlike some other restaurants, even the specialty lemonades had unlimited refills. The Sunset Lemonade was delicious, as was the Bacon Cheeseburger and Garlic Fries!!! Even after drinking 3 glasses of lemonade, the waitress still offered to get me a glass to go! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to others!

Got a seat immediately on a Friday night. It was only 5:30 but the place was already pretty busy. The server was with us very quickly for drink and appetizer orders. I've only had burgers are Red Robin before but tried the grilled chicken sandwich on this trip and it was delicious. Overall a good dinner experience.
