Dr. Gahzal was awesome. He answered every question I had about the surgery and even showed me actual video of the procedure. I had rotator cuff repair. So glad I changed to Arrowhead. Surgery went well with only 4 very small incision marks. The staff at Arrowhead office were very polite and professional. The staff at the surgery center were just as professional and polite and very friendly. You're there for surgery so they know how to keep you calm and relaxed. 5 stars for the Arrowhead surgery center. My overall experience is definitely positive. Highly recommend.

Dr. Solomon treatment was second to none. Very caring. Procedure came out great. However very, very poor communication with his surgery scheduler. We went round and round for weeks with lack of communication on her part. Other than that, I would definitely recommend him. Great bedside manner.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. Surgeon Ashah is not sympathetic at all whatsoever and his knowledge as a professional wasn't what we were expecting since I had to pinpoint an issue my husband had on his knee that he didn't seem to notice. Never took initiative with insurance company to speed things up with surgery approval. He was rude and disrespectful towards both my husband and I and he didn't seem to be concerned nor caring enough. Also his assistant Crystal was awful and not knowledgeable about what was going on and keeping us updated on status. We had to call for over 4 mths to get any type of upate (which they never had). We decided to go with Dr. Vic Osbourne and within 2 weeks he had gotten us the approval and scheduled surgery. Don't waste your time and money there. Awful staff and the worse sympathy and understanding from Dr. Ashah.

The Staff and every individual that works here are a blessing to this earth. I was recently misdiagnosed at the ER, and I needed a second opinion. Andrew Rives a PA there was so thorough and instantly knew what was wrong and gave me treatment options that were amazing. He stabilized my ankle and made sure my pain was taken care of. Thank you to everyone at Arrowhead for your amazing work! Highly recommend I give 5 stars!
