Fernando (Warranty Service Supervisor) provided good customer service and went out of his way to resolve and complete the trailer on time before my trip. Eclipse has their flaws but Fernando makes sure it gets done correct.

Sigh.... I am also a victim, bought from Guaranty RV in Junction City Oregon (Now Bish's), I have been waiting for warranty work since June 2021 on a new unit, they just won't ship parts, lots of promises they don't keep, then the parts end up at some some other BIsh's then it takes a month and half to get to the right Bish's, then find out they did't ship all the parts and the ones they do are damaged. Door falling apart, seats don't reach the floor, tables installed too close to the seats. Miserable sales experience all around. I feel almost violated by Bish's and Guaranty they would do this, know what a "customer" would go through, I guess a fool and his money are soon parted.

Avoid buying any eclipse RV. Customer service is terrible, they don't honor warranties and the stuff they do cover literally takes months. Customer service won't reply to mine or my dealers requests to purchase parts, I have tried two different dealers for the last 4 months and they can't get replies from eclipse. Scam company and basically I'm stuck with a 60k+ trailer that I can't use because nothing works and I can't get parts. Save your money and go with a more reputable company

If i would have known the bad customer service i would receive, i would have never purchased this brand. I have not even taken it out and it already has issues. Called in to get a repair. Need mobile service, because i can't move it and for 2 weeks, no resolution. I have been constantly calling for 1 week and no response from Jullian, aknowliging someone is working on getting this fixed. I am greatly dissapointed. They will not get my or my families business again. My next step is the better busines bureau
