I know of a vet, who moved to Billings in May, with his family. He has refused to shower since they moved here. Is that something the V.A. would help them deal with?

If the veteran is established for health care at the VA clinic he may qualify for home healthcare to come in and assist. This referral has to come from his VA physician.
