Established a business. Account. Took two weeks to get the PIN in the mail for online banking. There was an error in their online system so I was locked out. THREE calls to customer service before someone told me, 'oh yeah, once your locked out you have to wait 24 hours." Even with every form of verification and their staff at their call center able to verify and get into my account, they are set up so that I CANNOT get into my account for another 24 hours. I have used lots of banks and brokerage houses and NEVER had a worse online banking experience. This branch is staffed with the most welcoming group of people. Charles, Zach, and everyone else at the front are always very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and professional. I have known Patrice, Glenda, and Stephanie since I opened my account at the Oceanside branch and I was elated to know they are at this location. This particular branch has grown to become a place where people help people. I enjoy the detail-oriented customer service I am given everytime I walk in. All of my questions are always answered, even if they have to get back to me. I never feel like just a number. Thank you each and every one of you to help make me smile every time I walk in.
