Foundation Settling, The Basement Doctor came out and accessed my problem, came out with a crew led by Rob and 3 of his associates Chase, Parker, and Alex. 3 and a half days later, They raised my foundation back the original height by installing piers around the foundation. Nate the foreman and the team Terrance, Juve and Ben did a great job. Each member is professional and did not slack getting the project completed. Nate is a pleasure to work with, he is knowledgeable about his work and kept us up to date on the progress. I won’t be able to remark on the efficiency of the waterproofing until the weather test the workmanship. I can comment on the draining ditch. Juve put time and effort to make the yard look undisturbed. His ditch was consistent in depth and width and no large mud balls on top of the soil. And he tied back plants to keep them preserved. The project manager, Clark, explained the job throughly, provided options and answered our questions. He did not push for a commitment or offer a reduced price if we signed a contract on the presentation appointment. He followed-up with us as agreed proving us time to consider the project. The scheduler worked with me to find the best time to compete the project. She communicated with me via text which I prefer and made sure I understood what to expect. Overall, ever encounter was positive.
