I am very pleased to do business with them. The cars were amazing. It was more excellent in terms of price. Cars are well maintained, checkout process is very fast and accurate, I got the new one same day for my old car. The car I bought was very clean, tidy and correct with papers. Recommend to all my friends and family.

I am so grateful for people like Dr. Bilchik who are using their talent and abilities to improve the lives of others. He is really a one-of-a-kind human--I can't say enough good about him. Aside from being an amazing Dr.--as a person he is intelligent, thoughtful, kind and generous. He works diligently to improve human health inside his practice and beyond--I encourage everyone to take a look at his practice website and the charities he has spearheaded, including innovative ways to promote cancer screening that have never been done before.

My grandmother underwent surgery with Dr. Anton Bilchik. He came highly recommended by a friend of our family whose mother had her surgery with Dr. Bilchik just a few months prior. Before we made an appointment we researched Dr. Bilchik and was pleased with his reviews. We knew he was the one for my grandmother and that he was highly specialized based on his education and training. My grandmother felt that she had a top notch surgeon because he was the Chief of Surgery, so he is the man for her! The day we met with Dr. Bilchik we were impressed and trusted his recommendations for her treatment plan. Fast forward, my grandmother had surgery and turns out it was not cancer! She made a full recovery and is living her best life, thanks to Dr. Bilchik who we consider as part of our family!

Dr. Bilchik is an amazing physician. The care he shows to his patients is very touching, he is a highly skilled surgeon, and he truly listens to his patients and is very supportive, even with family members of the patient. He has saved lives, and I have already referred family members to him. By the way, virtually all of the bad reviews here are fake. Someone has issues.

The stomach is the organ that connects the swallowing tube (the esophagus) to the small intestine. How do you treat liver cancer?

Dr. Anton Bilchik MD | Sep 2, 2019
Anton J. Bilchik, M.D. | Sep 2, 2019

The most effective treatment is removal by surgery (resection). This can be performed using minimally invasive techniques. Other options include liver transplantation and medical therapy. The treatment often depends on whether the tumor originates from the liver or has come from somewhere else. If surgery is not possible there are other ways of destroying the tumor or making it smaller. These include radiofrequency ablation, embolization and radiation therapy.

Not all scans are necessary to help make a cancer diagnosis. A CT scan and an MRI provide a road map and a PET scan measures cancer activity. Sometimes these tests are complementary to each other.

Is a biopsy needed to determine the tumor type before surgery?

Dr. Anton Bilchik MD | Sep 2, 2019

Most times a biopsy is necessary to determine the type of cancer to guide therapy. There are times that a biopsy is not possible and the surgery has to be performed anyway. This mostly applies to emergency situations such as bowel blockage or blockage of the bile duct.
