The onion rings are a bit oily. The burger is okay but was served cold. The BBQ chicken salad and sweet potatoe fries are food.

The food is good. I did see a person grab the fries with his bare hand when placing in the bag. But other than that the service and food was great. Gave 5 stars because the fries weren't mine

Sweet grilled onions, soft buns, shredded (easy-to-eat) lettuce, and juicy patty. The Hook burger was definitely so good. I’m sure I’ll come back here soon.

I've been many times and have had many burgers and sandwiches. All of them are good. Try the basic Hook burger first, then try the Maui and Hickory burgers on return trips. Each burger is creative and tastes unique. They've got salads and other foods, too. I'd highly recommend ordering ahead.
