Such horrible service. We waited 2 hours and when we asked how much longer ? They became rude and exteeemly unprofessional. When she drew my blood she kept moving the needle around in my arm !!! Really !!! Was this done because they were called out for their bad servive ? I do not reccomend their service.

Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, it's still an hour and a half or longer wait. At other LabCorp locations, those with appointments are given preference over walk-ins. But not at this location. No matter if you have an appointment or not, it's first come, first serve. I finally saw the technician an hour and a half AFTER my appointed time. What is the purpose of setting an appointment at this location if they are not going to honor it?!? I am never going back to this LabCorp location ever again. And like others indicated, the staff at the front desk are not the most professional people.

I am usually a challenging patient to draw blood from. However the phlebotomist was swift, caring, and the entire experience was painless (I usually get poked several time before someone catches my vein). The check in was smooth and the wait time was short for me (I had an appointment).

I had a billing question this morning about a lab result that could not be read by LabCorp based on the sample my doctor's office sent. For the last two days and over several calls, I was not able to get any assistance from the doctor's front office on whether I would be billed twice for the same test. I was on hold for the billing extension for a while, but Aisha answered, even though she did not work in billing. She was very pleasant, and within 5 min, she and her supervisor Salvador helped me with a clear answer and offered more assistance if I needed it. I am a pharmacist and have been in the hospital industry for a long time. It is our responsibility to take care of our patients and own that responsibility to coordinate their care. I am grateful for the staff at LabCorp and especially Aisha for doing their part in simply responding to a question. While our insurance and healthcare infrastructure is imperfect, if we don't help the patients we serve, how do we expect them to navigate it on their own by calling every provider to trouble shoot an issue they did not create? Keep up the great work in patient advocacy. We need more healthcare providers like you?

Call them and ask it depends on what labs you need drawn. That's the easiest.
